Are you part of a staff team that is interested in learning more about mental health? Perhaps someone in your staff team was affected by mental health and you didn't know what to do? Maybe google just isn't sufficient any more for explaining the different types of mental health issues, what to look for and how to access support? If any of these apply to you, this training could be for you and your team.
This course will include an overview of a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, Bi-Polar, Borderline Personality Disorder, Autism, Attachment, FASD and trauma. Symptoms, etiology and treatments will be discussed for each.
