Renting space in the collective

Are you a social worker, psychologist, psychotherapist, coach or alternative mental health practitioner who would like to join a dynamic team of independent professionals and grow your private practice? Join us by renting office space and avoid costly split fees. We charge a small rental fee of $20.00 - $30.00 + HST by the day OR $650.00 + HST for a full private office with free parking, shared kitchen, accessible washroom, utilities, wifi and access to fax and photocopier.  We will also help you market your services and build your clientele. Are you an artist, musician, fitness professional etc wanting to share your expertise through classes or workshops? Are you a therapist wanting to host a training session, workshop or therapeutic group? Are you a yoga instructor, mindfulness expert, author, writer etc, wanting to share your creativity and skills? Our space might be perfect for your next event, class, workshop or vernissage. Curate your own event or class or work with the management of Carleton Place Collective to organize it, either way a small rental fee of $10.00 per hour plus HST for the space is all that is required. Tables, chairs, small easles are all provided and we will even help you advertise your event.

Are you looking for a location to host a meeting or training session? Consider our space at Carleton Place Collective. For a small rental fee we can accommodate up to 40 people (depending on format) and include tables, chairs and a full kitchen. Our beautiful Arts Space Gallery is located in the Industrial Park in the growing community of Carleton Place. The Park is home to over 80+ businesses and is accessible by vehicle and the Trailway, a 7km trail that runs through Carleton Place connecting with the Beckwith Trail and the Ottawa-Carleton Trailway. Our modern space can accommodate up to 40 people in rows of chairs or 24 sitting at tables. We have tables, table clothes, water jugs, chairs and a full kitchen if you need it. There is an accessible washroom, separate entrances and ample parking. We are not licensed and a special occasion permit or catering license would be required for the sale of alcohol. $10.00 + HST per hour, $70.00 + HST for the day (up to 8 hours).  Contact Terrilee Kelford for more information about availability terrilee@terrileekelford.ca
