Renting space in the collective

Are you a social worker, psychologist, psychotherapist, coach or alternative mental health practitioner who would like to join a dynamic team of independent professionals and grow your private practice? Join us by renting fully furnished office space and avoid costly split fees. We charge a small rental fee of $30.00 + HST by the day which includes parking, shared kitchen, accessible washroom, utilities & wifi.  We will also help you market your services and build your clientele. The Carleton Place Collective is located in the Industrial Park in the growing community of Carleton Place. The Park is home to over 80+ businesses and is accessible by vehicle and the Trailway, a 7km trail that runs through Carleton Place connecting with the Beckwith Trail and the Ottawa-Carleton Trailway. We have an accessible washroom, a lovely lobby and ample parking.
